Technically speaking there would be a lot of cards taken out of the game if you wanted cheaters gone.
Another apologists for the Astros. Stop it. Your team cheated. They will go down as one of the biggest cheaters in pro sports history. What other cheaters are you speaking of? No one is taking steroids anymore and the very few that do, get suspended immediately. The pitchers who put foreign substances on balls? Yeah that's cheating but how much does that impact the entire team. It doesn't turn a 70 win team into a 90 win team. Hell it probably doesnt even turn a 70 win team into a 75 win team. Even if there were players using steroids today like they did in the 90s, the Astros cheating would still be immensely worse than the steroid users.
Keep up the excuses though.

Well, in all honesty, once Papi went back on the HGH in 09, he did have a pretty stellar performance in his final days...LOL

I would imagine that SDS allows these scandalous cheaters into the game because their game is filled with locked animations and nerfing AI mechanics and manufactured successes for the CPU and those wild throws to 2nd base drawing the man covering 2nd OFF the bag countless times (almost automatic) AND double plays being hit into etc etc etc AND Manford allowed the two condemned cheaters Cora and Hinch back into the league after not a single Astros or Red Sox player was penalized for CHEATING. Guess and I hate to coin the phrase, Cheating is systemic with SDS and MLB and is entirely acceptable. What all of this is teaching the next generation, young people who engage in this game, is appalling to say the least. If you want success, achievement??? C H E A T

Do you really think they were the only team that used cameras to steal signs? Every team has staff that films every at bat from multiple angles. I know somebody who analyzes them for the pirates and he’s shown me the room they do it in. The astros just got caught with evidence where the other allegations, don’t have much to support the claims.

So no Dodgers, Yankees, Red Sox or Astros? Plus who knows how many others. Every current day pitcher? Player pool going to get awfully small.

What other cheaters aren’t in the game??? I’m pretty sure there’s a Robbie Cano card, and a Giambi card, and a Jorge Posasda card. How about Garrett Cole, and Trevor Bauer. All of these guys are known cheaters or are suspected of cheating.

You do know Trevor said a few years back that Cole was a cheater and a fraud right? He's looking pretty smart now. Also that he started cheating to make a mockery of it which he did. I also believe he is one of the big reasons MLB is cracking down on the foreign substances.

Interesting post. Have you ever thought yeah the Astros "cheated" and nothing happened? No punishment? Cause if something did happen the Pandora Box would have opened. But as soon as they started saying Yankees and Red Sox also did and other teams the subject was terminated.
Same thing with the baseball. It is for better grip and the crowd prefers seeing a high scoring game not a great pitching classic. So now that the pitchers where getting ahead they have changed baseballs and other stuff

I agree that no Astros should get special cards. I think certain players who played for Astros between 2015-2019 should have a special Quirk added where the controller vibrates when opponent selects an off speed pitch. To offset I think players who match up with people who choose to use these losers in DD should be able to force friendly quits.

It is about getting rights to any player. SDS I am sure does not care if a past player used Roids, There are guys in the game that were on Roids or suspected of being on Roids. Piazza, Bagwell, Ortiz, Giambi, Sheffield, Thome, I am sure there are more. The only players we will never see in this game our the 1919 black sox (Watch Eight Men Out), Pete Rose and any other player that is banned from baseball. Bonds would be a surprise to give his rights.

There’s no doubt there are still users but to say everyone in the league is taking them is just ridiculous. Stanton is a freak of nature for one. Two, I don’t think you realize the amount of time these players put into the game. A lot of them are in the gym even after playing a full 9. If you played a full mlb season and ate like a king, you’d be in pretty great shape too.

I don’t think you realize what a training economy is or how it affects a non steroid user. I’m a college athlete with connections to all professional leagues. They’re all on juice.
