2006 he Differently was good enough to win the MVP, so was Oritz, and Santana. Justin Morneau should not have won that MVP. There are other years where someone else was good enough to win but didn't.

It is about facts, that fact is he is a HOF player, you can not deny what he did in the post season and what he did over his career, You sound like a jealous fan who hates on a team that does what it needs to do to win, Sports is about winning championship and getting the best players to do that. the Yankees did not win anything from 79 to 95. It is his fault that he played for a Owner who wanted to win? I wonder why the media loved him and hated Bonds. He did put together a year that was good enough. He just did not win. He had over 200 hits and batting 343, he scored 118 times, who plays hard every day, stays healthly, and does not get into trouble. Comes up clutch in the playoffs. Then the 240 hitter with 35 HR and k's over 200 times. Have a guy like Bonds and Arod two of the best hitters in the game choke in the playoffs.
I do think Jeter is an overrated defensive shortstop. I am not a yankee fan. or a Jeter fan.

You should research before you open your mouth. Biggio is nowhere close to the hitter that Jeter was, Jeter has 3,400 plus hits. Had over 200 8 times to Biggio 1 and Biggio had 3,060 hits both played 20 years. Jeter career BA 310 Biggio was 282. Try again.

Arod is the Only big name that got caught after they started enforcing the suspension and bans for 3 offense.
I do not have an issue with the players on Roids late 80's and 90's cause baseball turned a blind eye to it. Never enforced it because it was good for baseball and put Fans in the seat with all the HR and excitement.

I think the "over"simulation of a lot of the animations are the real elephant in the room. Double play on every single ground ball opportunity? Balls in the dirt to the first basemen are basically 100% of the time fielded perfectly... List goes on.

Yeah you’re right about that. I remember last year the outfielders seemed to track everything down and EVERYBODY hating that. I thought they would fix that, which they tried with the whole “first step” in the right or wrong direction but it doesn’t happen enough to make a difference. I’ve never seen real MLB outfielders take a direct line to a 100MPH rocket to the right center gap. I’ve always seen them run to the fence but whatever I guess.Now it seems they’re doing the same with the infielders. They track nearly everything down unless it’s perfectly hit in the 5-6, 4-6, or 3-4 holes. And when they do get balls going away from first, their arms are fully capable of throwing the runner out regardless of their arm rating.
Even little bloopers don’t make it out to the outfield because CPU’s turn around and run perfect routes behind the infield before the ball hits the ground.
I know I know, seems like a lot to complain about but it just feels like MLB 18 or 19 had it right

I mean the MVP card is literally what this is about and what I commented on. The original post says he wants his MVP card. He never won MVP, he was never good enough to win MVP, hence why he never did. You can never get a Jeter MVP because he never was, end of story.

I mean the MVP card is literally what this is about and what I commented on. The original post says he wants his MVP card. He never won MVP, he was never good enough to win MVP, hence why he never did. You can never get a Jeter MVP because he never was, end of story.
You could have left the part out that he was never good enough, that is the part I am talking about. That statement is a false statement.
