Can't remove relief pitcher is there a fix?

Not sure if there was a baseball rule change that happened that I am not aware of, but when I bring in a relief pitcher and after 1 better or even 2,I dont have the option to take him out is there a fix?

There is a 3 batter minimum in the MLB now. It's dumb. But it's there.

Na man...new rule this year. A pitcher has to face at least three batters UNLESS you switch him out at between innings.

So you can bring a guy in to get the third out of an inning and then change pitchers for the next inning

3 Batter minimum is a new rule added. If I recall it was a compromise so that Manfred wouldn't add pitch clocks. Only way to get around that rule is if the inning ends or if he gets hurt

I'm sure there's fines and suspensions for that.
