Outfield not running glitch?

I've had this glitch a lot since the start of this game and it's become even more common as time goes on. Routine fly ball hit to the outfield and my outfielders just refuse to run, they'll just slow jog even though i'm holding down the stick in the direction of the ball for as hard as I can.

This happened to me as well, first with Kenny Lofton, where I'm moving my stick in the direction of the fly ball and he won't move at first then he just does a slow jog to the ball. Then it happened with Trout, running to the ball very slowly and never making it to what should of been a can of corn fly ball.
