... on this BR cycle. Yikes.
Last BR cycle I had a relatively easy time. I managed to get through many of the missions and was able to get at least 3 or so wins per entry (not great, I know). This cycle? Man. I've already gone 0-2 twice. I can't remember that ever happening to me. I can't seem to hit at all, so that's definitely a "me" problem. Also, I need SDS to add a "Contact Swing" defensive shift so I can get to all of these bloop hits. Maybe call it "Little League Shift"?
Again... wouldn't be an issue if I could actually hit right now. I probably need a break.

I was thinking the same thing last night. I'm not that good, so my only shot is completing the programs. I went 0-2 three times. I had to stop playing. Here's to a better time this evening after work.

Yikes. If it took that many entries it would cost 150,000 stubs. Maybe just buy who you want and save the trouble haha

Glad its not juts me. I've had some really bad drafts to start this season as well (like not even having the option to select a lefty RP on occasion). Add in that recently I feel like I'm on the wrong side of all the breaks (Bad swing HRs, missed strike calls, bloop/bleeder hits, animations etc).
I really need 4th inning to start so I have something to grind toward besides the online modes.

Got to 12 wins last night and lost one game in a freeze off where I was up by two runs.
Shout out to the dbag that wouldn’t quit when he was down by two runs.

BR is just annoying with the freeze offs, all-star difficulty, contact swings……..used to be my favorite mode by far a few years ago.

Vision needs to be scrapped all together. Reprogram it so that the PCI represents the actual contact zone and anything outside is a pure whiff regardless of timing.
I'm getting foul tipped on very early swings completely out of the secondary vision area and its still being hit foul..
Make PCI size based on a combination of contact/vision so that vision increases the size of the PCI itself and contact represents the size of the P/P sweet spots.

Ever since my 8-1 run (best ever) bunch of 1-2 and 0-2… last one got matched up first game with a guy playing .800 ball (L), second game, WS player (I quit down 3-0 after one out top of the first, SP at 20+ pitches). I can commiserate for sure.

Not only swing at every pitch, but swing at every pitch POORLY. Yeah you see guys foul off bad pitches a bunch but don't tell me someone swinging out of there shoes is touch a ball I'm intentionally bouncing. You'd think every player in DD is Vlad Guerrero Sr in disguise.

Not only swing at every pitch, but swing at every pitch POORLY. Yeah you see guys foul off bad pitches a bunch but don't tell me someone swinging out of there shoes is touch a ball I'm intentionally bouncing. You'd think every player in DD is Vlad Guerrero Sr in disguise.
Yeah, they need to fix the check swing not registering glitch too. It's better than last year but I'm tired of fooling these guys with a slow curve for a super early half swing that's not even registering as a swing.

As a CPA, I should have known that.
I did finish the 10k's and 40 TB missions, along with Chris Sale. If I could actually draft another player with available missions, that would help.
So... 100 points, minus 19 points for missions... need 81 points... average 1 win per entry... still would cost 121,500 stubs.
BUT... think of all the packs

It doesn't help when you go through 25 drafts and don't see one single player from the Missions available in a draft round.

In my first entry this cycle, I actually had 2 show up (Sale and Davis). Since then... only Bach, and I couldn't muster 3k's... contact swings galore.

I just finished it yesterday, the pain is going draft after draft that doesn't give you someone with missions. I only got to about like 5 or 6 wins so it took me a while. I got lucky and pulled Arenado when he was still like 80k out of the basic pack when I lost.

turn off crossplay, since i turned mine off on xbox the game hasnt froze yet in 12 games (it was freezing one in 6-7 before)

I want to play PS players though….Xbox players aren’t as good typically.
