Lee, hell no. Oswalt is OK sometimes

    Crochett - my 2nd best

Cabrera - depends on the oppo.

With those two you can't catch too much plate at times. They're my 1 & 2 starters atm.
If you leave them in there and they're tired they start to get smacked up.

Lee has been great for me, ERA under 1, Whip under 1, and about 12K per 9. I played a lot of event games with him as my Ace

Talking about Lee and Oswalt. I was super pumped for both these guys to be the front end of my rotation. But yet both guys have double digit ERAs after a few games each. Is their low H/9s seriously that much of an issue? I’ve had great success with guys like Burnes, deGrom, Cabrera (along with everyone else), Glavine, etc.

I have a 1.9 era with lee but play on hof most of the time. I have a sub 3 era with oswalt but he is a spot starter for me. Those pitchers are all about tunneling and changing speeds. Sequencing is huge with them and if your opponent picks up your tendicices quickly then they will be smashed.

Lee and Oswalt have been dominant for me on HOF/Legend, I don’t have any of the young guys in there because every single one got torched for me

I had 6 ER with Oswalt in 5 innings in his last start in the game I played tonight. Otherwise he’s been very solid for me. Any pitcher can get lit up, especially on All-Star (where I’m at currently). I also had a lot of bad luck that start and left a couple hangers my opponent didn’t miss due to bad input on my part. Once I settled down and knew my opponents tendencies he was his solid self again.

The ironic part is I ended up battling back, tied the game, then had two scoreless bullpen innings with bronze Tyler Matzek and Silver Kahnle before a rage quit.

It is so enjoyable making people rage quit using bronze and silver pitchers in RS 😂

Oh man Khanle is awesome for me too !!!!

If you don’t know how to use Lee and Oswalt they are very hittable. I smack them around most of the time. But there has been once or twice ive ran into them with dudes who pitch well and they we’re tough to hit.

Lee has been solid for me. I only used Oswalt once, and he wasn’t great, but that’s not a good indicator.

Who are the no control youngins you are speaking of. Priester? Cabrera? I have a .16 ERA with Priester and a 1.4 era with Cabrera. And yes that is in online play. Priester has pitched over 50 inninings to that Era and Cabrera 30 innings. And that’s on All Star. So please with the youngins bs. Maybe learn how to pitch. Btw I’ve walked maybe 5 combined between the 2 so there goes your argument. Pin point pitching is why these guys are able to do what they are doing. So if you haven’t learned how to use it you might want to learn.

are you on xbox or playstation? apparently xbox controllers have an issue with pinpoint pitching.

I’m on PS, there was no way I was going to switch consoles in the first year of cross platform play. I would much rather play on XBox because I like the elite s2 controller better than the PS5 controller, just not this year.

Says the clown who is calling others clowns about complaining about the best pitchers in the game when this so called clown never made any complaint about any pitcher in this game. Maybe get your facts straight before posting and then maybe you won’t be clowned by the poster you previously called a clown.

Is picking up pinpoint pitching hard? I have always used meter and was thinking of trying it

Cabrera, Lee, and Priester are all very good if not excellent (I think Cabrera is the best starter in the game right now). You really have to mix your pitches up with Lee and Priester or else you can become predictable and they'll get smashed. You could obviously say the same for anyone, but I feel like Cabrera has such good stuff that it can actually be relied on pretty heavily.

Oswalt is so-so, it's the per 9s that really hurt him despite a pretty solid pitch mix.

Crochet will be good against people who can't hit the fastball. But if you play someone who can catch up, he's total buns.
