Today’s daily moment

This is a no-no moment but Houston had 5 hits in the game before I just gave up another to 'Buzz' Altuve in the 9th. I'm pretty annoyed the game is asking me to do the same moment again -- I didn't like it the first time. Clearly we're being trolled. Loads of posts lately about pitching moments, b&w moments, and this is what we get.

Now into the 6th attempt
On the 3rd attempt I couldn’t get Grenke out. Literally 10 pitches kept fouling everything off. Suspicious much.
He walked.
Next man up perfect / perfect bomb.
Hmmmm

Did it on the 6th attempt. I end up IBB the first batting of the innings just to speed up the delivery.

I also intentionally walked Miles Straw on try 3, or was it 4?

He lined a Slider for a hit. I said: 'This is the last Straw....no more Sliders!' At least nothing near the plate. Altuve got me on a Slider as well.. I then relied on his worst pitch, the Change. Got a lot of K's with it. I was in a zone. I wasn't failing again. Pitching is my strength dammit. Believe in yourself! -
This one is awful. Tried it 10x+ and Tucker, Brantlyey get a bloop single that fails the moment. 99% of other pitching moments I get through them within 5 tries.

Didn't take me TOO many tries (4 or 5), but the H/9 slider was noticably nerfed in today's mission

I can't pitch with that stupid marichal card. I don't know if it's his windup or what, but the timing of the meter seems different and I had more trouble locating pitches than I'm used to. It wasn't that big of a deal since the computer will swing at just about anything on rookie, but it threw me off. Took me like four or five attempts to finish this one, and I usually breeze through pitching moments on the first try.

Haha i just plunk Altuve everytime. Got it done on the second attenpt, Bregman got me the first time with a shallow hit to center.

I guess I need to use this Marichal card vs the CPU more often. Between this moment, and the program moments, he still hasn't allowed a hit for me, with the only runner reaching on a dropped flyball in the last program moment I tried. Cards play differently for everyone, but this one just works for me I guess.

I havent seen anyone used him online yet! Maybe i might give it a go at the weekend in a "fun" squad

Ha altuve legit hit a homer on the first 2 pitches I threw. Took way longer then it should

It's worth the time to play through a batter and a pitcher archetype in RTTS so these moments can become the easiest ones you'll eventually be glad to see. These CAP moments aren't going away.
Bonus: You can't get stuck in a freeze off in RTTS.
