No your probably right. All the other parks have homerun after homerun after homerun that's barely touching the pci. I'm sure it's just me.
But wouldn't that go for both players then? So the end result might end up with more runs scored, but the better player still wins the majority of the games.
Still makes it stupid imo. I'd rather only be rewarded for good placement. Not mediocre placement or even better the phantom hrs that aren't even in the pci. But to each his own.

Well I've had that happen in parks where the ball doesn't fly at all, it's just a thing in this game I guess. But hey, like you say man to each their own. I still enjoy Shippett and it's not even necessarily for the altitude alone, but the dimensions and the batter's eye are perfect.

The better players will smack the ball hard in any other park as well so we don't really need Shippett to score runs, we just genuinely enjoy playing there. Is that really so hard to believe?

Yes it should be removed from the game. Just make a new generic stadium and replace, please. Or pick one from the vault that looks decent.

I don’t know about high levels, but I’ve played at a lot of MLB stadiums this year. I’m not good enough to notice the lag that people always complained about. So, it never bothered me. Il

MLB stadiums play well for me, custom stadiums are only place I’ve had any issues. I think it really depends on your internet though.

It's funny I know several top players personally and not one has your opinion of shiplett. But like I said I'm sure it's just me.
Since u said u primarily play at Shippett maybe u should try somewhere else for a week and see if those stats stay the same. Let's not lie to ourselves either. If u like playing there fine. But please don't act like it's not completely different then 95% of the other parks -
I agree shippet is pretty ridiculous but I do like the batters eye. I have no idea why they don’t offer that batters eye for created stadiums. I would love to just rebuild shippet at sea level.

What I in fact said was that down the line it won't matter that much, because in a 9 inning game the better player will still win. Whether the game ends up with a score of 6-3 or 12-6, who cares? It's not like Shippett is robbing you of wins is what I was arguing. And when it does, I guess you're maybe not as good as you think you are and you would probably lose the same game in a different park as well.
And oh yeah, I'm not gonna start the name dropping game with you, but I know plenty of top50 players and there isn't a single soul who cares in what park we play.

I think the real issue is that we are playing a MLB sim game that can't support using MLB stadiums online.... for years now.

And nobody named dropped. Just saying your wrong about all top players not caring where they play. The ones I know hate it because of how often your rewarded when you don't deserve to be. And for the record I don't care to be good at a video game. It's not important to life. I do however appreciate a game that plays fairly and isn't effected by altitude. Just like when wind was so op in 18 and they took it out of online play. I wonder how u felt about that.
