Live Series Collections Missing

I completed live Series collection and unlocked Chipper and the other rewards. But after the last server maintenance I'm missing a ton of diamonds like Lindor, Freeman, Soto, Buehler, and other cards of all rarities. But I still have Chipper and the rewards available on my team! I think I'm missing everyone I put buy orders in for. It even says Collected on some but they're gone. And on others it acts like I never completed or bought them and there's no purchase history for the buy order cards. I've put in 2 tickets but no response yet. Anyone else have this problem???

I'm missing the collection reward for the Royals. I submitted a ticket, hoping for the best because it would really suck to not be able to get chipper and the other bigger rewards

I am having a similar issue with a deGrom that I pulled from a pack. Listed him on the Marketplace for a bit, decided to hang on to him and pulled him off. A few hours later I checked back and he was no longer in my inventory, on the marketplace, or a record of him being sold. Fortunately, I did take a video of the pack opening showing deGrom so I am hoping that helps.

I am missing a reward card. I contacted support and got an automated response. I really don’t want to worry about my cards disappearing.

Same problem for me. I never got the collection rewards for Mariners or Rangers, so I cannot complete AL West, AL, or MLB collections. I've sent a ticket but no response.

Same! I have an issue where I collected all of the Live Series Mariners players and the 84 ovr card you get for completing it is not in my inventory. Sucks cause I'm stuck from completing the AL West collection.

I had the same problem I lost arenado, yelich and hader which caused my banks and soriano to also dissapear

Bought yates to finsih jays collection, locked him in and got carter, now both are gone.
Also missing topps now musgrove after trying to sell him, no stubs no card, just gone.This sucks, I feel worse for the people missing multiple diamonds and collections. I really hope every gets their stuff back somehow!

im having the same problem, i completed the twins collection and its been telling me for about 2 weeks now that i dont have kirby puckett, ive sumbitted 4 different tickets with them and nothing, its really frustrating not being able to complete the al central collection when he is the last card i need but hes not showing up, i even bought the cards it said i was missing after the new roster update and it just tells me i cannot progress an already completed collection

I’m missing Michael Pineda for the Mariners collection, it’s like he just disappeared from my inventory, frustrating because now I can’t complete the Al West and that’s all I have left for Big Papi. Xbox GT: TubWalk

I’m missing the BR 92 Vlad. Submitted a ticket but WTF, how does this happen?

i took a month off hoping the server issues would be resolved...got the 42 series Castillo, put him in my rotation, replace Sanchez 42 series...now sanchez card in gone. Still have stats for the card and TA mission completed , but the card vanished. maybe 2022 will be better.

Same issue, missing Kerry Wood so can’t complete NL or get Chipper. Have had a ticket in since April 28th and still no response. Really frustrating to lock in all those stubs and miss out on the reward.

Man, that’s an amazing PSN name you have lol. Immediately, my mind went towards a website where you could watch different kinds of maize getting broken off by the cob.

I chose Gary Carter out of the first June Evolution pack, got the notifications that new moments were unlocked. Went to go collect him and he's not there. Submitted a ticket last week, but I'm sure I'll have Ozzie before they give him to me...lol if ever! From what I understand, they do respond, it just takes a really, really long time.

The upgraded all star carter that you get for finishing the program is the one you need to collect, not the rookie carter from the pack.

The upgraded all star carter that you get for finishing the program is the one you need for the third inning collection, not the rookie carter you get from the back.

Apparently, I chose Ozzie Smith and his moments have been available the entire time.....LMAO
