Hardly random news though. For one, it's in general discussions tab. And 2, this is a baseball game forum. Some ppl actually watch and enjoy real baseball.

Just to note: it appears officers on scene heard screaming inside which leads to exigent circumstances which means forced entry can be made into a residence without a warrant. 99% of DV cases are he said she said and when it comes to injuries there is usually some speculation of how they were acquired unless it’s obvious. Also states are typically strict on arrests so if any signs of injury are observed somebody is going to jail.
So basically at this point if the female didn’t want to pursue charges it won’t really matter based on the officers forcing entry and being witnesses to a felony.
He better come up with the best defense ever or his career might be over...

we traded that giant loser off within 2 weeks of his charges here in toronto - everyone was going to shower him with insults and beer cans they shipped him out QUICK = oops i was thinking about Osuna
