I'm getting 2x xp on my sub stats in RTTS.

Started last night around 11pm central.
After a game I check the progress tabs and see icons for 2x xp that look like missiles next to any stat I improved by playing.

That's a boost you get for a couple games, it comes up in one of those cut scenes where the coach is talking.
