As a consumer, there's almost a certain amount of expectancy when you purchase a product. You want that product to work, you want that product to be advantageable, and you want that product to be durable with longevity. That being said, I've been waiting for this game to show me anything or any sign of good. I feel that I wasted $70 on a product that wasn't yet finished and quite frankly is almost unplayable. No matter what I do, my stats constantly go up down all around never where they're supposed to be, my equipment and appearance never ever stays the same like it's supposed to, and the amount of frustration that I've gone through with this game in my opinion wasn't worth the $70 when all I do is get angry. I've waited for years for the show to come out on Xbox and it finally does and this is what I'm left with disappointment and utter dismay?! I mean don't get me wrong it is fun, but the constant going back and forth fixing everything after every single game and sometimes it doesn't even fix I have to shut down the whole Xbox, is not enjoyable. A game, especially baseball, it's supposed to be enjoyable and fun and you're supposed to have a good time with it. I'm sorry the show, but I have yet to have fun with your product or even find it enjoyable in any means. Is there any chance I can get a refund or compensation or something!? Cuz right now it feels like I've been [censored] ripped off and I'm pissed.

Amen to that... You and thousands of others feel the exact same way. I wasted 100 dollars and lost all of my deluxe bonus content when their sh***ty servers crashed. Submitted over 4 help tickets and haven't received one response from anyone over at SDS in over a month. They're Top Notch

Did any xboxers do any kind of research on the game? PS players buy this game year in and out and we know what we are getting. It's been voiced on the forums before. Next time do more research.

I thought the game was free on Xbox? For the guy who didn’t get his Jackie Robinson stuff I feel ya. While I’m enjoying the game I didn’t get all my preorder BS! Daily Doubles, the bat, some of the packs. I’m on the PS5 I contacted PSN cs immediately and they told me my code worked correctly. Over the course of the next week or two I discovered I got bent over and spanked! Would do a ticket with SDS but apparently that’s a waste of time. Thought they were better than EA?

Yes but even they assume an email with 420 in it is most likely not worth the time.

I did my research on the game and watched all the SDS hype videos plus some of the top players’ videos on YouTube to get an idea of how the game plays. I have some minor complaints, like sometimes in RTTS my player (a first baseman) can’t lock onto the first base bag when covering on bunts or the play immediately following a bunt. Definitely a frustrating bug but beyond that I have very little to complain about. I love the game and I’m happy to have a real baseball game on Xbox again.

Not free. It’s included with Gamepass ultimate, which is $15 per month. Not everyone has it. Plus, there’s no guarantee that the game will stay on there all the way until The Show 22 gets released. I just went and bought the game because I don’t see it staying on the service for more than 3 months, 6 at the most, but I could end up being wrong.

ZachZach, This is exactly how being a fan of this franchise feels. Constant bug and performance issues, SDS constantly tinkering with the games mechanics during the year to try and tweak difficulty but instead creates more bugs, That constant feeling that your being punished for the way you like to play. The complete lack of any communication from SDS instead choosing to give their player base free in game cards and packs. The overly complicated menus.
And at the end of day thanks to a massive lack of competition, It's still the best baseball game out there by a mile.
So in 2022 you will pre order next years game.
