This is your second post here without actually making any argument or point. I’m honestly curious. How does it destroy the game? Please enlighten us all.

Here is how I feel about my bought team.
A lot of the players I bought I got from selling duplicate silver and bronzes that were inflated waaaaay above market price the first week or so. That got me pretty close to having every team to the at least 30/40 collection. B ought some packs, got a little lucky with a couple diamonds. Figure what the hell I will pump some money into the game and just complete the live series.
I am married with a kid. Full time job. When I get to play the game I want to play it under my terms with the players I want on my team. I'm not an elite player and I've been taken down by teams that were full of cards rated way lower than mine. Sometimes it simply doesn't matter. So really I find all the obsession with other peoples teams to be a waste of time.

What other people choose to spend their money on is of no concern to me, I'm not their wife, their money has no impact on me, if someone wants to spend $200 for a years worth of entertainment who am I to say anything about it, it's their money.

Anyway, if these last few weeks have told you ANYTHING it’s the impact of other people decisions on you. For example...McDonalds and Walmart have decided NOT to give paid leave with their money. Ok...sure don’t eat at McDonalds, but the McDonalds dude interacts with others who might interact with you.
To an obvious lesser degree of relevance If everyone just bought success in the game because they have unlimited funds they will boost the prices making it harder for others to get. Furthermore people with money will have an advantage and have a greater chance of beating an equally skilled opponent in ranked which would put that person at an even less advantage.
The world is an open system where everything interacts and impacts other things.
