Meh. It’s only happened to me 1 out of 15 games so far. I’ll take the good with the bad, I just hope they patch it soon.

This happened to me but I was the pitcher I couldn't do anything except pause.

It's a freeze off. If there were a way to stop it, it wouldn't be a freeze off.

It’s not frozen. He just asked for a friendly quit after standing on the mound for ten minutes. I rejected the friendly quit and now he’s standing on the mound and not using any of his pause time. I thought it forced you to throw a pitch after ten seconds or so

I may have described it wrong. My opponent was exploiting a glitch and still have control to go in the menu and such, I guess it wasn’t a “freeze off”, more of him just freezing me out.

I tried that, but it was after he had been standing on the mound for an hour and it just froze the game for me. I’ll try it sooner if it happens again
Ya I have been in two different kind of freeze offs so far. The one it works to just turn off controller but the one that Im in this morning there is nothing you can do. I had to go to work so I assume the other guy quits at some point

I mean, I’ve been playing Diamond Dynasty for 5 years and I, personally, have never seen this exact scenario. I’ve been in games where both players are frozen, but not one where one player is exploiting a glitch and freezing out another player. Just trying to address it and make my experience public.

If only everybody would support their posts like this - sorry it happened but kudos for going to the effort to provide some evidence.
Yeah, it sucks but it is what it is. It’s a video game at the end of the day. I just want to do my due diligence and make it public and report it so hopefully it gets better in the future.

in cod there is a kick feature that if your still for 2 minutes in game, you got kicked from game.....sds can fix this but they want trolls to buy game too i assume

There are more freeze offs this year so far than there was all last year I think. Never had a freeze off at all last year, this year so far? Well over 50.

This is super annoyingI know I'm a little late to the party you might already know by now but Yea I know that specific situation it is entirely on the dude pitching he's just a little [censored] hat for real for that specific situation all he had to do was step off the mound the dude pitching was in the same boat as you he could move his pitch but won't let you start the motion usually happens when people pause the game when you choose your pitch the moment they pause stepping off the mound resolves that pretty sure the guy pitching knew this I'm stuck in a freeze off going on 2 hours now I'm not about to lose ranks cause this [censored] won't leave when I'm winning its a joke honestly like for real the amount of time wasted doing this could've had 5 games played but nah people are scummy and will do anything to make sure they get the w good thing I have loads of spare time just leave my xbox on wait it out while I watch some TV or read a book It's just at the point where's it's like you know what no I hope I waste your time as much as your wasting mine can't get a win unless the game freezmez on

absolutely mate - ive had around 10 L's due to this alone this year in RS - many times they are down by tons too so it makes me wonder if they know how to trigger a freeze to happen - either way, SDS really can suck a nut
