Daily Moment Sheffield

How do you guys like the Diamond Sheff? I loved the Collection Reward Sheffield from last year.
Couldn't hit anything solid with his Gold TA card this year. Can he Usurp Headliner Donaldson, POTM Turner, or TN McMahon at 3B? I can't bring myself to even try starting him. And I've got Bay and Numerous other Righties that I can use off the bench. Surely we'll get another Awards Version or similar cause it's Gary Sheffield! He's the man! -

He's the man!I was going to use him but FS Riley was working well. Was still struggling to find a 3B. I moved McMahon back to 3rd now though since I was fortunate to unlock Ernie Banks (moved Trea Turner to 2nd where I had McMahon).
His breakout card lacks the power I'd want at 3B. If his contact/power numbers were flipped I'd probably put him in. I used his awards card as a 3B secondary last year.

That’s why I wish they’d stack for 24h. Similar to the daily missions for XP. Daily moments are new this year and easy to forget

I wouldn't say they have done a bad job at all. These cards are ridiculously easy to obtain as long as you log in for at least 2-3 minutes each day, and they're free. You can't expect to get a top tier guy who will be in your lineup long term. They should be fun team build and event guys (also useful for collections like you mentioned) who would be completely overlooked otherwise.

I wouldn't say they have done a bad job at all. These cards are ridiculously easy to obtain as long as you log in for at least 2-3 minutes each day, and they're free. I think you misunderstand. Topp's now card are also free and so are ta cards. Evolution cards should be usable at the begining of the year. This year they weren't. The free cards through daily moments aren't worth getting on every day for because they won't be used other than for collections.

Besides the 4 99s the game starts with you can sayvthis about every card that is release between now and July.
Again cards are usually usable at the very beginning of the game cycle. Last year we had 3 usable evolution cards right off rip. Now with how they release them,, they aren't. They are just cards to use for collections down the road.

I put him on my 'CIRU' roster.
Cards I Rarely Use, or cards that let me down or early gems that got lost in the shuffle like 90 Donaldson, Alomar, McGriff, Eric Davis, Giambi. I haven't tried the master Shef yet, but didn't like his card last year, and he only plays 3rd, which for me, is clogged like a Taco Bell toilet atm. -
Sheffield is using a wet pool noodle as a bat for me through 7-10 games

The main card was Buxton. Turner was a reward along the way to get Buxton. Monthly Award.

I just...I won’t.
I always have issues with players moving around the bat so much pre-windup through swing. Even in. Strike zone view, the shadow of this guy waggling his bat all over the place is too much of a distraction.
