I made my RTTS CAP a pitcher this year because I wanted to have a guy that nobody else would see. Is that a good idea or a bad idea... I guess we'll never know because it won't let use his 92 OVR pitching set up online. Whenever it gives me the screen to select load out I don't see my pitching load out. My player is in my team as a starting pitcher and I use him in the offline modes like conquest without and issue. Does anyone know a fix to this?

I don’t know about how to use the correct loadout.

But you’re missing the boat on making him a starter. Make him a reliever so you can use him as often as you can in late game pressure situations. That’s where you can take full advantage of having a guy that no one has seen

Try clicking the ballplayer loadout screen in the top left, go to the proper loadout (if you have more than one) and click "activate". Also try taking him out of the lineup and putting him back in

How do you make him a relief pitcher? It only gives me the option to be a starter

    You can do both.
Feel like being a starter? Use the Professor or Billy the kid load out, set it to active, go into DD and but him in rotation.

Feel like playing reliever? Load up the correct loadout, set it to active, go into DD, put him in your bullpen.

Tired of pitching? Load up the hawk loadout, set it to active, go into DD and put your guy at short-stop.

Can you change the arm your players throws with? I have hawk completed with a righty, but want to make a left handed pitcher. Can I do both?

I’m having this same exact problem. I’ll let you know if I figure something out, but I’ve tried everything I can think of.

Even if you can’t place your pitcher in the starting rotation you can place him anywhere on the bottom row just make sure you have the right loadout and after doing so prior to starting the game you can select him to be your starting pitcher. Hope that helps.
