How is using Kenley cheese? Because you can’t hit vs him? How about be ready to hit when you get in the box instead of holding R2?
No i hit just fine. How about you come set before a pitch like a the rules of the game says you should. Oh sds doesn't make you, so you want to throw 10 pitches in 60 seconds?
Yea let’s make it like real life. Every 9 inning game should take ~3 hours. Good idea chief.
Yea, lets fire pitch after pitch in rapid fashion, jus like real life, chief. Do you think before you speak?yeah pitchers do that in real life. Mark Burhele and Alex Wood just to name a few. I know mlb games are made to be longer than nba and nfl games, but spending an 45-minutes to an hour in a game, it doesn't have to be a sports game, is really long for a single match.

Quick pitching is when pitcher selects pitch, from that point batter can no longer access pause menu, step out of box, or press R3. So that is a problem if batters can't use tools given them. Not slide stepping.
But nobody wants to acknowlege that aspect of it. You know why b/c if they cry hard enough and get R2 taken out they know from that point forward there is no counter.

I've never once been annoyed by someone pitching too quickly. Picking a pitch so I can't sub my pitcher? Sure. No need to make games longer than they already are. Stop calling it quick pitching. Nobody comes set in this game, it shouldn't be expected.

The answer to this is simple, make pitchers less accurate if they throw before coming set. R2 can only be held until the pitcher comes set than it becomes useless, People like myself will tap R2 at that start of an inning to check important pitcher stats like stamina and confidence which dictates the approach I take at the plate.
If you want to speed run through games, you shouldn’t be playing a baseball game.

you're playing a video game. There is no such thing as quick pitching. When you're playing the game as long as you're paying attention then there is no issue. If you're not ready to hit when your guy gets in the box then either stop playing or pause the game.

you're playing a video game. There is no such thing as quick pitching. When you're playing the game as long as you're paying attention then there is no issue. If you're not ready to hit when your guy gets in the box then either stop playing or pause the game.
To pretend that there’s “no such thing as quick pitching” is false. Any pitcher in the stretch pitching and not pausing is quick pitching, now mix in the slide step with that. It’s an advantage. All I’m saying is R2ing is the only thing that can slow it down a bit. You say step out? You only get one step out an at bat. Pausing constantly is just as bad as toxic R2ers. Using R2 a few times to slow the game down a bit is not a sin.

He right a ball a balk only occurs with runners on base.

Balks with no runners on base Without runners on base you do not have to come set. Some just don not understand what a balk is. -

Explain to me why i get R2'd out of the windup then. Not everyone that hates R2 is a "quick pitcher." Bring balks back, none of us actually care as long as R2 is gone
