I gave her a weird look, like ‘where did you get that from?’ Then the chorus came on again and I heard it.

I know what Brian Johnson is singing there but, see, I have this thing called a sense of humor.
I would like to think your repeated doctor comments are a sly reference to the AC/DC track “C.O.D.”, from their For Those About To Rock album (“Call on the doctor / cash on demand”) but alas, I doubt it.
