Because it can save time. For an example, if you have a poor result from the first game of a multi-game mission, you can just restart it, instead of having to play out the entire multi-game mission only to fail and have to try the whole thing again.

Doesn't show an option to reset on my screen neither. Others must have gotten the Super Deluxe version

You have to be in the "moments" section lol. Reading these post from people saying "it cannot be done" without even looking properly is funny. How people jump to conclusions without doing their due diligence is crazy.

Guys, at the login screen scroll down to moments and youāll be able to reset. If you launch Diamond Dynasty and access moments, you will not be able to reset.

You have to go into the moments section. Not the player section. I didnt figure that out until today. In the moments section itself it allows to reset. I hope that makes sense.

You have to do it via the moments menu, not the mission menu.

You have to go to single player and then moments

You have go specifically to the Moments page, where all the Moment sets are listed, pick the group you want to do and get to it through there. Once there you can reset multi game moments.
Trust me, its there. Ive done it on both PS4 and PS5.
Youll know you are in the right spot if after exiting the moment, you are still on the Moments page and not booted back to the main Diamond Dynasty front page.
This is one of the reasons i think this years UI is inferior to past years. It took me a week to figure this out and it used to be available anyplace you could access a moment.

Okay; Iāve been arguing with a friend about this. If you follow the route Programs -> Player Programs, you cannot reset them. If you follow the route Single Player -> Moments, then select the player from there, you have to option to reset. This makes no [censored] sense, but thatās how it is

I figured it out. If you go to the āPlayer Programā menu directly you cannot reset the series. But if you go to Moments/Player Program/āplayer nameā you can reset the moment

At the select moment screen before you accept the next game tap RB and it lets you reset the series. At the bottom of the moment screen it it says RB reset multi-game moment

lmao! no you didn't. There is no reset button. I tried post game and in the moment selection screen. There is no prompt for R1 and pressing that button does absolutely nothing.

Are you talking immediately after the game or when you're in the moment select screen or at some other time? I tried in post game screen and the main moment screen. There is no prompt for R1 and pressing R1 does absolutely nothing.
Its not in the post game screen. You have to do it from the moments listing. I dont know if you're looking at it from the Davis program screen?
If you go to Single Player ---> Moments and scroll to Player Program/Eric Davis at the bottom it will say R1 to reset multi-game missions.
I'm assuming you're looking at the list from the program screen if you're not seeing it.
No I'm in the screen to select each individual moment on eric Davis and there's no option. As someone pointed out earlier it must not be a next-gen thing which seems crazy.
You have to go to single player, click on moments and go down to either evolution or player programs depending on who you're doing. That will give you the option to reset. Not from player program screen
