Why why does this have to be the comment for every single card that comes out.
Right now every card in the game with Buxton maybe being the exception will be a bench bat a month from now.
This mode is so much more then everyone's main squad. Will this card make an average to above average players main squad, of course not. This card is for the program for XP as well it will be needed for the All Star collection as well this card could be a beast in a future event. Also if there are mission for All Star cards he could be used for some team build line up.
I never said I was mad about the card. It's a free diamond and gives me 35,000 K XP. Probably gonna get the boss pack today because of it.

Everyone knows this but it will or has been said 1000 times like it will change everything and SDS will go "good point, guess we only need 17 or so cards that are the best at each position and their is no dispute"
Now I wonder how that would turn out I can't think of a time when we only at 17 cards that where the best at their respective position and their was no debate....

If you hit better with him than everyone else, yes he is end game. End game isn't determined by overall's, attributes, or market cost. End game is decided by your performance with the card.
I see so many people using cards because of their attributes, all though they're hitting .136 through 300 AB's with the card.
I wish more people would realize this. It would also eleviate the threads we will see later "my god squad against his scrubs what gives SDS?" lol those always crack me up.

You will need to collect different types of cards to get tickets for it. For example you will need like 20 Veterans and 25 prospects and so on
Something else to the new guys, this card could be viable when grinding innings for TA Stages.

Yeah it really does not matter to each his own I will use the card I like his swings I hit better with lefties, online I stay in the 500. 600 at best for now. I mostly do innings for TA. This card will be useful to me. Saying a bench bat or the card will be trash that is an opinion every one is different when trying out new cards.

It’s just redundant. If you have the LS collection done you don’t even have enough spots for Chipper, Banks, Ortiz, Soriano, Jackie, Trout, Finley, and Buxton. The first POTM is a bench bat. EVERYBODY is going to be a bench bat for about 3 months lol.
It’s no different than pitcher reviews and the always extremely helpful “a good player will hit him up online” which can be posted about every single pitcher in the game.

Why on earth would it be an endgame card? The game turns a month old on Sunday. There is no need to comment "bench bat" when everyone and their mother knows that already. I see these comments all year round. If you don't want the card or it's not going to make you leave squad don't bother with it
Do new players know that it is a bench bat? Not saying I don't want the card just saying that it won't be my starting first basemen.
New players can figure it out themselves. New players are going to do the program anyway for the XP so it's their call if they want to use him or not. This isn't exclusively a comment made to help new players either. This comment is made every time content comes out and it's not a card like Griffey, Mays, or Bae Ruth 99
Did you just figure everything out on your own when you were new? Where you able to use every card and judge how well it plays in the game? Whats wrong with him saying it will be a bench bat? Is it that big of a deal to you? McGriff sucks.. One of the more overrated players of the 90s. He's a filler in this game. He isn't even a bench bat
I'm curious why you think he is overrated? Most people consider him somewhere between good and very good offensively.
