You just start a new save...
Having 2 players and starting new saves are two completely different things...
Starting from scratch with a new player/career is different than having your already All-star level player at the MLB level start back in AA with a new save...
Starting over from scratch provide a replay ability within the mode. Starting a new save with the same player is taking away even more realism than the loadouts have already taken away from that mode...
That's why I asked @Collin_SDS_PSN if they plan on letting know their customers what is their plan...
If you take off all the equipment, archetype and perks you can start AA as a 60 something and just add stuff to progress yourself when you think it’s time.

So basically, players should compensate with their own set of made up rules when design decisions break something that was working perfectly fine before...
Granted that It's a workaround to keep a relatively realistic playthrough, but paying 100$ on a game, my expectations as a customer are that the game should improve over time... SDS self branded TheShow21 as the most realistic baseball simulation... Unfortunately that title applies to TheShow20, not TheShow21...
I don't ask for it to revert back to what it was, I'm just asking what is their plan. It's their choice and if they want to steer everyone in the Fantasy card playing/trading/buying, I'm ok with it... I just want to know what is the plan so I can decide if I keep on waiting for that iteration of the game to be updated or if I put the game away.
The way they handle this situation will help me adjust my customer behavior and future buying decisions regarding their products.
That's simple customer service 101 for a company that claim to "listen to their players"...
Granted, they never said they replied to their customers, they said they listen...

I didn’t say you should have to do this. It’s an option until or if they allow us to create more My Ballplayers or some other solution. I agree with you that it should not be this limited as it takes away from replay value and realism.

Still getting no stats from playing multiple games in series back to back. I don't know why this is a problem but its happening. Can you address it please?

Should we just wait on RTTS until we hear about a possible fix? I would rather not have to start over or have my save corrupted. I've put a decent amount of time into it this year. Please let us know, thanks.

Are you using Sim to next appearance from pause menu by chance during games?

Game keeps crashing after the update. Basically unplayable.

After starting a new RTTS (my original fell victim to the crash) my equipment SEEMS to be working, and I am progressing...but now I am having the same issues I was having before the last patch.
Despite having an 80 rating, I am only playing every 3rd game in AA and I am only getting to use Batting Cage/Fielding/Training Room on the occasional off day, instead of every off day.

My RTTS crashed three times, couldn’t make it through a series without it crashing. Not playable at the moment

Was this an update that would have installed when starting the application or was it done behind the scenes? Nothing downloaded on my end.

Update looks great, however it has not fixed the "Squad Not Found" Error some of us have.
3 weeks now not being able to play ANY Diamond Dynasty content and zero response to a ticket or update on this. -
I play mostly DD, but I truly feel bad for the franchise and RTTS players. This is beyond ridiculous. (On a side note, I now realize how many people play those modes).

No stats and no credit toward archetype. At least the one I am using.

FREEZING!! Game unplayable after patch.
I don’t know about you all but after the patch yesterday I have not been able to get thru more than 3 RTTS games without the game freezing and bring up blue error screen (PlayStation)
Also the issue on ballplayer progression not tracking is back.
I started a new RTTS player to see if it was a data file error. Nope!
WTF SDS?
Also living in Australia meant that network maintenance was happening every night there at 9pm which is when I get to play game so almost gave up 2 weeks into game but realised there would be teething issues and thankfully before yesterday’s patch it looked like I was getting somewhere.
Now it’s even worse than before.
I paid $150 for this???Also bench coaches heads are all messed up. Like hats not on their heads but sitting in front of their faces...
Is anyone else experiencing this?
