Didn’t receive stubs from ps app purchase

Bought 100 dollars of stubs on ps app and didn’t get content but it sure took my money.

Where would I do that I looked and haven’t seen it I even bought a other 100 though the console and it charged me another 100 and I got the stubs for that but not the first 100 I spent so I’m still out 100 dollars

Well when there isn’t another way to redeem them what else would you think. When you but so think off the app you usually have to go download it on your ps so that’s what tried.

Same thing has happened to me. I’ve played the game for years so I know the process and have never had an issue. Bought them on the PlayStation store, went back to the Stubs store and normally the increment I bought would say redeem instead of buy. But redeem isn’t showing up. I’ve opened a ticket with a screen shot of the transaction but still no response nearly a week later.

I am dealing with the same issue right now. Bought a $100 pack on 5/5/21 and never got my stubs.

I just got done with live chat support as I was in the same situation. My issue was I apparently bought stubs for the PS5 version of the game when I play on the PS4 version. I was not aware there were different packages for each version so that is something to be on the lookout for. There is also no way to tell if you bought them for PS4 or PS5 as far as I can tell because it does not specify in the confirmation email. They were able to process a refund for me while in the live chat.
