Imagine using directional and complaining about hitting leave all gameplay alone and get servers right

Hitting is actually fine (for once). Switch to zone hitting and you’ll agree.

Zone is boof. Baseball is a see ball hit ball sport. That’s how I play in real life. I don’t pull my bat to a low pitch nah. I see the ball leave his hand and I swing.

As a directional user, hitting is great this year. I know I’ll never be competitive because zone is much better and should be more rewarding. That’s how it should be.

Do you make the same swing at a low pitch as a high pitch? If so I’d love to watch you play in real life.

What you are stating is basically how zone hitting works. See ball, try to move pci to ball, and swing. You know kinda like irl.

"competitive" mode is all based on zone hitting. You cant have user input "reward" you on directional because directional relies on card attributes more than user input. The only user input that you use with directional is timing, and that is a very small part of hitting. I would say most hits in real baseball dont even come on what the game calls "good" timing.

Get a Cronus controller and switch to zone. That’s what the cool kids are doing now
