When I Googled it nothing came up so either I'm screwing something up or blind as a bat that is why I'm asking for assistance

If you actually used google and didn’t see anything for BBB, then you are blind because it’s the first thing the comes up.

Thanks Karen I’m sure that will do a lot of good. If you havnt noticed the consumers are the quality testers now adays. Which was my dream job growing up but just usually you get paid to do a job not pay to do the job

You do realize the BBB has absolutely no authority to do anything. Contacting the bbb is no different than giving a bad Yelp review. You fill out a form, the bbb sends it to sds, and SDS ignores it and then the bbb gives them a slightly lower rating. The bbb is old fashioned Yelp and google reviews.
