Serious question. What’s the point of server maintenance if it never fixes anything?

It doesn’t fix anything and at this point I literally can’t ever play the game. If I jump on in the morning there s maintenance...if I go on in the evening the servers crash.

It's very important during the times like this with instability being paramount.
Even when things will be 100%, they'll reboot once every 2 weeks.

Perfect example of why the internet sucks (obviously it's amazing too). We have a guy out here giving reasonable responses and people still so blinded by rage/frustration/emotions that they bash the guy just trying to help out.

It's not an excuse it was actually a legit answer. Totally understand your frustration and it is justified but some of it could be your internet. Aside from all the issues they have this year last year's servers were extremely sensitive as well. If your internet dropped or lagged at all the game would [censored] its pants and drop your connection. My game has been crashing a lot less lately with a the maintenance they've been doing. I would contact playstation support if you want a refund because until SDS figures out the servers they aren't gonna invest time into trying to give refunds.
