Missing Gear

I searched and couldn't find any posts on this. I purchased some equipment and attached it for my player. I had 2 or 3 from buying Robinson version and most of the slots from packs. My player has all the gear I put on. I was going to switch out a ritual and my other one is gone. All the slots are blank including what I'm currently wearing. They are all just empty. I can't switch out any gear. Stats are showing gear on and it shows on player.I restarted the game and created a new position player, still missing. I understand about error for my missing stubs, but equipment gone? Has anyone else encountered this? I put in a ticket but I'm just wondering if anyone had this happen and worked out a fix.

I did the Jackie Robinson conquest and completed everything and was never given the cleats or the socks even though it says I was
