Can you still defend SDS on servers when it’s double XP weekend

I mean if you’re promoting this and it’s unplayable online how do you defend it?

I defend them. I mean who could have possibly foreseen this happening . With how smoothly all the ps exclusive launches were. There's no way they could have anticipated allowing Xbox users to play the game for practically free on gamepass would overload the aforementioned mega reliable servers sds posseses.

They should’ve prepared cause they knew Xbox users would bring a lot of strain on them. On top of that this is the first year they have access to the show and they can’t even play online. You can’t honestly stand behind how bad this is. Multiple users having things missing (stubs, rewards through showdown/conquest/MTO) and losses they didn’t deserve when they thought the servers seemed good.

As much as we all hate it individually, I am sure the folks at SDS hate it more.
But, it was ill advised to go ahead with a double XP weekend when you are having network issues. When you already can't handle the server load it is not the time you should be trying to entice even more people to play.

Nah they are fine with it. They already got our $$. Not to mention they have plenty of supporters (I'm sure you've seen them on the forum the last few days) saying everyone should calm down cuz SDS will get it fixed eventually.

Well, I can't quite be that pessimistic about the Devs. I believe that they are even more upset about the server situation than we are.
While I have not agreed with a lot of the decisions that they have made, especially this year, I do still believe that they do care and want gamers to enjoy the game that they spent the last year working on.
