Why can’t SDS just put replacement items into our accounts? They should easily be able to see what we have (or had LOL).
Honestly, I want everything back. I want all the unlocked cards and DD stuff I had. We shouldn’t lose our Diamond cards. I’d also want my progress restored. I was almost done with the 1st inning conquest. Having to redo that would suck, especially with less time than before. And I had mostly every moment and 4/5 daily missions completed for the Giambi unlock before I got blipped.

This is exactly, what I’m wondering. Seems like the best solution for the time being.
I understand they need to find the root issue. But meanwhile we’re waiting.
@Victor_SDS_PSN can’t this be done? We payed for a Deluxe Non-Standard version of the game.

Oh I know. I think I would’ve been fine with this before. I’m just really irritated at this point with the lack of updates or response on my ticket.

If you unlink, your progress will return.I’ve tried unlinking. It just logs me out. Also it seems now I’ve purchased 100 packs on the account that treated me like a new user. All my preorder content and Jackie Robinson edition content is locked on the MLBTS profile it seems. And all my new content I just purchased is on the PSN profile for the game. What can be done to fix this? Can they be combined

Can you provide a status update for this crowd? I think our biggest question is will our content (preorder content, and progress) will/can be restored?
This is a product we paid money for and we just want to make sure we receive what we paid or receive a refund.
I understand a lot is happening, however this matter deserves SDS attention since it’s such a large group that’s been impacted by this glitch.

Can't unlink my account either. Getting the boot loop for unlinking. Lost all my progress. This game just wasted my time and money. Please fix this.

Just a reminder to SDS. When I went to link my xbox on the main release time to my PS5 version that I was playing since the Friday before, it said it failed. I didn't care at the time. Then when I started my PS5 back up, everything was gone. What I'm getting at is that I don't believe anybody here did anything wrong. It's all on you guys. We paid upwards of $100 for stuff and it's been snatched away by no fault of our own. Just give it back. If you have to hand out codes or whatever, do it. I want to get going again.

Hi I know you’re working hard to resolve to website linking issue. My question is since I’ve spent money on the psn profile but all of my preorder and Jackie Robinson edition content is attached the the MLBTS profile will they be merged or will I lose something once this issue is fixed

Problem is, I've sunk numerous hours into this since Friday (much to the dismay of my family), grinded stubs on the market, acquired the cards I want, nearly completed the event, etc...all for naught. At this point, I'd just like a refund and I'll sit it out till next year. I'm over it.

Mine told me to contact Sony support, LOL. Looks like a zoom meeting is in order at SDS.
