People are entitled to be upset when they pay AAA price for a game that releases with issues that should have been sorted pre-early release, definitely should have been sorted pre-release, and here we are post-release and still tons of issues. Not to mention some of the idiotic changes they made to the game system.
I've seen indie development teams with a micro fraction of their budget do a better job.

It is a video game. That I paid a lot of money for. And it does not work. Name me one industry that releases a defective product and expects their customers to be ok with it.
Literally everyone. Apple, SONY, Microsoft, etc etc etc.. It takes time to get tech completely right first try. When they fix things in a couple days I hope you feel silly. Nope that is why there is a thread pinned where they can discuss it, they could write a letter, they could call coorporate office. People should voice thier concerns! But i'm seeing post with false info and it just adds to fuel to the fire.

This may be the perfect post to help me decide who to block and who not to lol. I do it every year. Maturity shows itself in posts like these haha Sometimes you just want to get on here and enjoy it and interact with people, not be overloaded with complaints.

️.You guys refuse to look at the totality of the situation. Has this small time first party studio ever developed a game for another console? No they have not. Have they ever had to prepare a server structure for this many people and across a new platform? That would be a no as well. They were put in a position to do something they've never done before during a global pandemic.
Perspective is key here. The game works, the servers at times have worked. To fix the issues they have to take them down. There is a lot in-store and the game cycle is just beginning. They can take all the time they need to get them working for all I care. Just like in previous years they'll get everything going right and this will be an afterthought.

I won't feel silly. Because if it takes them a couple of days it will have been a week plus a couple of days which is awful. If you cannot release the product in a working condition, then you should not release the product. They have an entire team dedicated to making sure that this does not happen. They failed. There is no excuse for releasing a defective product. 80 dollars is a lot of money to some of us. We should not have to "be patient" to get what we paid for.
