What is everyone guess/vote on SDS response and or amends to the launch failure for so many, which includes paying extra for early release?
-
Fix severs after a week, say nothing, give nothing and don’t add time to events/innings?
-
Fix servers after some time, say Severs are back, offer no apology and give a few stubs or packs.
-
Fix servers within the day, offer an apology, reward people who paid for the game with stubs/packs and add additional time to events/ innings ?
-
Let it continue to burn until it turns the way of EA.....
-
Fix servers quickly, hot fix bugs to make it more playable, fix game modes after two weeks (RTTS), say nothing and hope no one notices.

I got one earlier when I lied (noticed I said lied cause I knew it was) and said "Thank goodness for Microsoft and adding servers! If it wasn't for them we wouldn't be playing during the day having to fix SDS's screw-ups"
Collin_SDS said "it doesn't work that way".
You basically have to bash them into comments. I found it hilarious that deserved a response while they don't answer everyone else. -

I’ve played the game for several years now. Servers are ALWAYS messed up at launch. However it has never been this bad. Usually just the first day or two and they have it all “fixed”. With that said. They have never extended events/ranked seasons. They have one time given out a 20 pack bundle (can’t remember what year it was)

Probably a bronze player card and great big "F**k you, pay me"
-
Having been around for a fair few years now, I’m gonna have to go with #2 based on previous experience.

Packs would be fine, but I think the compensation might be best in the form of XP for most people. The main thing players have missed out on is opportunities to play and earn XP in an already short first inning program. This is coming from someone who has been lucky enough to complete collections and play a lot of CPU games and moments when the servers have been up. I’ll likely get to 650k if the servers stabilize some, but there’s no telling how much XP I’ve lost after playing games and not getting credit after wasting 45 minutes in a game with servers crashing. Compensation XP would offer a solution other than lengthening the time of the program which they likely can’t do on the year calendar. I’m obviously not one of the developers, but I would give something like 50k Xp and a 10-pack bundle to keep moral moving in a more positive direction going forward. I can tell how much hard work these guys have put into the 2021 game and it represents a huge milestone in the franchise cross-platform. A nice gesture from them right now would go a long way.

Can't have an extended first inning, the game was already a month late. One of the main issues with yearly releases is hard cut-offs.
-
I would like them to refund me real money. I paid for the special edition, and it doesn't work.
Realistically, I think they'll give out an embarassingly low amount of stubs, like 2,000, to "make up for their product being broken." If people accept this, then it will end and people will forget.
Either way, I will not be buying this game again though.

Honestly, anything short of real-money compensation is unacceptable. If I don't get refunded the add-on price for the special edition, then I will be waging a war against this company. You cannot sell people a broken product, and not expect to give people their money back. If I bought a car that only worked 50% of the time, and died in the middle of driving to work, then I'd expect my money back for the trash product that I was sold. It seems like everyone is having an issue with the game, so I think the company will be bad-reviewed into bankrupcty. It's embarassing. I'd be embarassed to work for SDS. It's disrespectful to their customers.

Well they aren’t giving us our real money back I guarantee you. The best would be free stubs, but I doubt it. Judging by the lack of communication so far, I would say hard patch and say nothing. There needs to be a mass firing at SDS. Everyone in QA and whoever is in charge of PR.
-
I don't need any compensation, I just want them to fix the servers to be able to play nornally whenever I want

Others : are selling JR editions for 100$ that are coming with PS5 codes that are not working.
-
I think the fair and not being greedy compensation would be this --
- Limited time patch buffing XP by like 10 to 20% til 1st Inning program is over. OR Extend Weeknd XP for a week til next Friday Update
- Free 5 Pack bundle + 1 Ballin Pack
- More important -- Apologize for the launch
This seems reasonable and call it a day --- simple as that
