I love responses like this, as if the dude that runs all their twitter accounts and [censored] are the programmers and devs. Doesnt take much to send out a tweet or pin a post here thats like hey were working on this or that and it could be a few days, sorry and thanks for your patience. Thats all people want, a little [censored] communication to the people that keep them employed. But nope, nothing because people like you will constantly defend them, they could [censored] on your leg but as long as they told you it was raining youd be happy.

Yes, I've been playing my Jackie Robinson Deluxe Edition and wearing my cool new hat. I've had a few server problems but nothing too drastic. I've had no issues other than that on my xsx. Not even choppiness. I'm sorry you're having so many issues with it.

You’re telling me that they can’t get one person to take five minutes and communicate what’s going on? Heck they can do it on their [censored] break while on the toilet.
Do you realize what it takes for a company to release a public statement? It needs a meeting to discuss what to put it in then it needs to be written then it needs to go through the review process and then signed off on. It's not some dude taking 5 minutes to tell the twit dude to post something.

No, it doesn’t.
Most reasonable devs have community managers on their forums/Twitter.
Something a little more interactive than “LoL fill out a ticket & we might get back to you next week” would be nice. -
This has hit Cyber Punk levels of bad, SDS has burnt any goodwill I previously had for them as a developer.

I just want to point out that in addition to the vague "we'll fix it at some point in the future shut up lol" responses we have been getting, I did file a bug complaint and an account issue complaint like a week ago and still have heard nothing.

You said you put in ticket a week ago though? Then you also told someone there was no way to progress your CAP in RTTS. When you know darn good and well there is a thread in RTTS section that explains that. How do i know? Because me and you had a conversation in that thread but you refused to acknowlege b/c you felt you shouldn't have to do a work around and that's fine but to tell someone there is no temp fix is a lie and I hate liars.

I'm not lying. On the RTTS front, I said you cannot because you cannot. Not organically at least and there is no guarantee that the workarounds will work or for how long. On this issue. I apologize. Instead of saying a week ago, I should have said 6 and 2/3 days ago. I should apologize for adding one third of a day. My mistake. I mean it still outside the 5 day window for a reply, but let's split those hairs.
