Server Stability 4/21/21 - UPDATE

At this moment right now, I can't connect to the servers... just like last night... and the night before that. I already asked Support for a refund, but I don't have my hopes high about it. They basically told me to reset the console and check for updates. Because according to them, it's on my ignorance on how to own a PlayStation and play games, not on your inneptitude to offer players a working, finished product.
It's a disgrace that your customers (which you say are important and always heard) are treated like this. A company that makes huge amounts of cash has the same problem EVERY YEAR and nobody there saw coming that being available also on Xbox would take a toll on the servers. Imagine how you'd feel if it was the other way, if we all payed for your functioning game with money that doesn't work.
Hopefully, you'll get your act together and fix THIS problem. That way you'll be able to adress all the other ones: broken progression, dumb loadouts messing up equipment settings...
Also, having one player (and only one) for everything was a dumb idea. Boy, If you were honest enough to give refunds, I would love to get me some Super Mega Baseball 3.

Made no difference, since 4/20 I have lost track of the amount of in game stuff that has disappeared or grinding only to find out you lost connection with server while playing and lose your time spent

This is a complete disaster, wow. Honestly I want a refund, I spent 100 dollars on this game.

I have yet to be able to play online with friends or any ranked seasons or event games. I have no issues with other games online and have not received a response for submitting an error in 4 days.

Wait?!?! You actually have servers?!?!?! No kidding?!?!?!
Are they currently serving food? Cause that must be the ONLY thing being served, your player base sure isn't.

Wow. I think I've played the last seven years, and this is really bad. Game is completely unplayable right now. I'm too old for hot takes, and online ranting, but yeah, it's really bad, and disappointing.

Can’t even buy or sell players, I mean it’s completely broken right now.

Man I've been trying for 2 hours and haven't been able to get into diamond dynasty. And can't play mto because they keep getting de-authenticated or something. Been playing rtts and hopping out every so often to see if I can get in. No luck for 2 hours and counting.

How about now? Literally haven’t been able to play this game for 3 days. Every time I get on the servers are either down or kick me off during a game resulting in no progress or XP.
I’ve had every MLB the show and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any MLB game, probably any game I’ve ever played

What sort of maintenance was done? This game works perfectly until about 7pm EST then all heck breaks loose. Incredibly disappointing.

SDS, I cannot express how frustrating it is to face these constant outages. I’ve never seen anything like this. People are streaming the game right now and I haven’t been able to get on for hours. I would hope that there’s some sort of compensation for this.

I haven’t read through all of the 200 posts below yet so this may have already been mentioned (apologies if so).
But you’ve just suggested to play the two other modes that are also presently bug ridden
Might I suggest starting a Franchise world instead? Spring Training is a good way to get in some practice (too bad the games don’t end at 9 innings if they’re tied though).

At least the Xbox guys are getting the 'Authentic' SDS experience that we have got for years now

They've given out packs/stubs in previous years for the same issue. I'm sure they'll be doing it again since this is the worst it's ever been.
it's annoying that I paid a $100 just to get a few packs of some sub par players who I can buy for 1000 stubs in the marketplace. . they better be some [censored] good packs, but if everyone gets them what was the point of getting the early release... lesson learned... never buy early release of anything. Waste of money and time.

I wal also thinking about that. Yesterday I've been kicked out of the game many times. I played just a conquest, because I was afraid to play anything else. But the twitch streamers were playing RS like there is no problem and they are always online.
I'm starting to think, they are on some kind of VIP servers.

I played 3 ranked games today. I won one game that played decent, the other 2 that were awful I just quit out of instead of wasting time and getting pissed off.
It took me an hour to put in buy orders for the rays, jays, Red Sox and New York. A hour due to the slow [censored] market. They need to figure this out -

It's a shame because last year worked really good the servers! I paid 109$ in canada for this game. To find out no created stadium, can't get my hands on a ps5 at all for over 6 months! And to find out Xbox users get game for free. Why should I even pay for a game I can't play? Lol. This is a complete joke. I'm getting to point I want my money back
