Where can I get a refund

Three days in and I still haven’t been able to login to dd for more than 5 minutes at a time. I’ve been trying for three hours to try and get in tonight and haven’t made it past the network error message. I’ve been a loyal show fan since 17 and have defended this studio through just about everything and I’m ashamed to have my money go to this studio now. I can safely say I’ll never buy another game made by San Diego studios because of the absolute mess this game has been.

At this point I'm just happy that I canceled my preorder and switched to Xbox to play it on GamePass. Every time that I try to play, the servers are down or I get Unhandled Exceptions after completing anything.

I’m not saying I expected the servers to be perfect because opening week is always slow but this is embarrassing that I spent actual money for this game

THIS! I had no intention of getting this game after last year and im shocked it came out for game pass but glad it did so i can see i was right in not dropping 100$ on it

For Xbox I had a physical copy I returned to the store I pre-ordered from. No trouble. Full Refund. Used the money to buy a PS5 controller. PS5 controller hasn't crashed once since I got it this week. lol

I am only seeing complaints from people with Playstation. Xbox is perfectly fine. Sounds more like a PS Plus issue not SDS

I want my money back. Last year i had no problems with the servers now It's a joke.They never should have made it for the xbox i think that's why the servers are down SDS is getting greedy.

There is a severe lack of decent baseball games on either platform so if we want to play baseball this is it. Just be a little patient and it will be fixed in no time. I know it's difficult but you knew there would be issues at launch. This happens in EVERY GAME.

It does? You must have connection problems because 99% of the time when I buy a game I can actually play it. Not this game though.

Personally I'm keeping it and hoping things get worked out but if you downloaded the game digitally you need to contact playstation support. They will tell you since it's been downloaded and used that it will be a one time exception but I'm sure they are aware of the complaints and will give a refund.

Then you're not looking two hard. You have two posters right above you, and another one that is implied.
These are SDS server issues, and effect everyone. Thankfully I mostly play in the morning, and should have the boss tomorrow. And yeah, I'm on a PS5.

Actually ever since i turned crossplay off it's been great! And i have a crankstart version ps4.

They need to do what watch dogs did and give us all option to get a refund. This is complete garbage. Can i get my 100 for the game and 100 for the stubs i bought first day of the early access? I hope the MLB pulls your rights and gives it to EA. I don't care anyone says, madden never has this kind of problems. Every year it's the same [censored]. Give people their money back on this hot pile of garbage you call a game

The major issues have been present for a full week now. It is 4 days since launch. We are way past fixing it in no time.

A refund would be a nice gesture, cool some of the resentment we all have towards SDS right now and wouldn't even make a dent to their bottom line. I think a lot of us would end up repurchasing once we saw the game was actually playable as advertised.
If we had this experience with just about any other product you can think of, there would be a path for a refund. Make it happen SDS!
