Oh you can't unless it is a created player and you have to train for stamina. Although you can visit mound for slight increase if you need say 2 or 3 more pitches out of him. But whatever energy is, it is based off of stamina attribute.

If you are talking about DD then you have to have that pitcher whose energy you want to raise in your 5 man rotation/bullpen. If you swap him out and he’s sitting in the inventory then he won’t gain energy.

Oh i see what he's referring too. Used pitchers in competitive ok that makes sense now.
