Thank you. As a light user compared to many, I have lost progress in several missions and such. I hope that you will decide to provide some good packs as an apology. Not everyone who supports this game is a "gamer" who plays hours and hours, so for us, to lose the time for a showdown and several other missions, makes it more difficult to complete programs. Thank you for your consideration of such an offering.
They've given out packs/stubs in previous years for the same issue. I'm sure they'll be doing it again since this is the worst it's ever been.

I would just like to say how much I'm disappointed in this game , nothing but problems since Monday with your servers and making game virtually unplayable !!!!! How about giving some sort of rewards or other items back to players when/if you ever get servers fixed as a good faith offering for your server problems ?? This game is absolutely unplayable and at this point a absolute waste of my time and money ,, very disappointing and at this point unless servers are fix soon I seriously doubt I will purchase any of your games again ,,, Very Disappointed Customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the update. This is truly an amazing game and I cannot wait for for the servers to be more reliable. In the meantime, everyone just chill out and give RTTS or MTO a shot.

Literally for the entire day anytime I log on I continuously get “network error has occurred” and then immediately followed up with “Your connection to the show online has been lost.” Yet when I speak to a few others I personally know they have all said it is not happening to them and they are able to log in.

Been playing this for years and years, beta tester, etc. It is always the same when a new game launches, takes weeks to work it out. You would think by now they SDS would finally get this all worked out. Probably be more buggy with cross-play, come on SDS!!! get this resolved for god's sake.

I opened a Topps Now Choice back and took Yermein and Badoo
Once I submitted my selections, the servers crashed and I have no idea if I actually have them or not...
Any solution to my inventory possibly not containing those two players when I log back on?

That only lasts for about 10 minutes, i was on while others couldnt get on then it just booted me.

I spent my hard-earned money on your game. I got the deluxe Jackie Robinson edition and bought stubs. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in the release of this game. This has to be the worst release I've ever experienced, and it makes it worse since I spent so much on it. Your team needs to make this right for everyone, but especially the people that paid extra money for the Jackie Robinson editions. Make this right. Make it right.

So I know that Ballplayer/archetype progression hasn't worked in RTTS yet this year, regardless of server status.
So are we still getting any XP (towards what I'm not sure) for RTTS games while offline, or is it just completely pointless to play now? -

This is all we’ve been asking for, is some acknowledgment of the issue and some assurance that it’s being worked on. I would say thank you, but honestly it took embarrassingly long to put out a 3 sentence statement, please be better next time.

No, I'm asking for more than just acknowledgment. I paid $100 for this game, and it doesn't work, night after night. This may be the first and last time I ever buy this title. I know I'm not alone.

buying about 10 more raspberry pi's to host the additional xbox players
