How do you chat with ppl on another console? Friend is on PS4 I’m on xbone we can join games together fine we just can’t hear each other at all. Are we missing something?

For real? I played 18 and 19 on PS4 but never had a mic so didn’t notice. Craziness

In previous years, you could plug in a Keyboard and the text would come out on bottom of screen. Is that still a thing?
