Why would they not put a notice on the game? I lost a diamond while opening packs.

Reading the Twitter feed is hilarious. Nothing but a bunch of Americans (I’m American too) complaining about SDS fixing the problem in the morning.
Imagine being a UK player and always having maintenance at noon. Or if you’re like my brother who lives in Singapore, maintenance scheduled for 7pm.
Thanks for posting this, I came here before going to twitter. Hopefully the servers are up soon.

Oh be careful, it's to easy for people to think about themselves and not others. American Society is filled with arrogance and a generation that thinks they are entitled. Makes me sick thinking about it, and frankly it's embarrassing.
Sometime i wish "My Good Lord" would transform into a Garbage man and take out the trash! Sorry you guys are going through that.

Ok, if you're playing the game, how could I also be reading all the server maintenance updates. They have to find a way to make a message come up in the game so we are all ready and not going crazy over the SDS server issue. They need a better way to communicate with the community on this. For four days the server issues have been driving me crazy. Bad enough that the grinds get you frustrated but the server issue really makes it worse.

They used to send out a message or notification on the DD main page.

For how long that maintenance is? Here is 2 p.m., I have free afternoon and I would like to play. I'm not moaning, just asking when it's safe to go in

They’re softly up? (Is that thing?) my stubs loaded as did a market sell update but I still can’t access DD.

Just food for thought here. Did it occur to you that a bug could also be preventing msg from showing up?

I get home at 3:30 PM EST so hopefully they are up by then. Wait I have to paint so actually maybe like 8 PM EST and I'm good.

My guess is we’re looking at the middle option since a simple patch would have taken a short time. They’re putting in something bigger that they hope will allow the servers to be able to handle all the stress. My guess is the demand was way bigger than they expected.

Depends on what they had to address it's more of a formality msg. Could be an update, or could be a server that needed replaced, could be a # of things really.

How could they not know that they would have gotten a boatload of new players and stress to the servers? They really should have planned for the big amount of hits to their servers. And if it didn't happen, they would be in a much better place than they are right now. Seems every year they aim low and always miss the mark. Bad planning is you ask me. Like always I am addicted to the game but overall they really have to plan this issue out ahead of launch.

He did, I just lost Hader from servers going into maintenance, I don't use Twitter
