Changing Ballplayer pitches

I want to change my ballplayer's pitches but I've already been through the initial dialogue where the RTTS manager asks you to confirm them. Do I have to keep playing RTTS until the training option happens to come up, or is there a less convoluted way to do it?

Ideally there's a way to just start from scratch and make the game show me the initial dialogue again, but if there is I can't figure it out.

Yes you will get bullpen training unlocked, and then yes it will give you option to switch out pitches with your existing ones.
