Also confirm it seems to work. Played 2 conquest with my CF Speedster Bronze with diamond speed vi and gold fielding ii with all my gear on as well. Seems to have progressed my innings played and leveled me up. I wonder now if I go into RTTS if it will work or not. Going to test.

Just to let everyone know. I was playing Conquest with my player and it is currently working levelling the archetype.
I had 41 points and after a few conquest games I'm now sitting at 65 so diamond dynasty stuff is working.
I will go check it out. What were your parameters? Architype only? Or did you have perks and equipment too? Were perks same level as architype? Was it primary or secondary position?
I had whatever my RTTS player had on for equipment and perks. My perks are gold and my Archetype is silver. It was my 2nd position because he is a 2B in RTTS but a LF in DD and I'm playing him at 1B (which doesn't work because the idiot can't catch lmao).

So I played one RTTS game after my 2 Conquest games worked and guess what. My Speedster TPA finally went up!

Did it go up like plate appearances and whatnot or just the hard cap missions?
Did you check before going into a RTTS game to see if it wasn't just conquest that leveled it up?

The hard cap stuff has always worked but the Speedster TPA had been stuck at 9 forever. Now it is 13/24 after playing one game. Played second game and it’s now 17/24

So I tried to change my archetype to Sparkplug in RTTS and played a game but it didn’t progress. Change bad to Speedster and it didn’t progress. So I wonder if changing archetype breaks the RTTS until you play a conquest again. This is such a pita.

Yep went and played one game in conquest on Sparkplug got 3 innings progress in DD then played in RTTS without touching anything and got hits and TPA progress in RTTS.

DD only worked for primary position of Architype. Did not work for secondary. Gonna go try primary in RTTS next.

I have no clue, what I am doing in conquest. But my Diamond Dynasty Missions just earned me a new perk pack.

same happened to me. no way SDS has botched this so bad that changing the loadout, which is something that is expected to be done frequently, completely breaks the mode lol. Thats a special level of stupid

My RTTS progression was working perfectly the way it was designed before server maintenance so hopefully an update is coming soon.

So the pattern here seems to be when you first start the game go play a DD conquest game to kick start the archetype progress. Then DON’T change anything in your profile settings, go play RTTS games and it will get progress on the archetype. If you notice it stops getting progress go play another conquest. It’s a pain but it’s working for me consistently.

Yup - secondary plays like out of position. Got my first “The Spoke” archetype to diamond but now close to Diamond for my 2nd one “Rawhide”. Wanted a 2B and Rawhide gives it primary though I like the attributes of Spoke better (5-tool). Rawhide has less power but I’ve been able to offset that with perks and equipment. Got promoted to Yankees quickly (SS) but hard to hit my normal 400+ when my RTTS power is 58. 4 bombs in 14 big league ABs though!
