I think stadium creator eats most of that extra data. I could be wrong
For 27 gb ? I don’t think so but you might be right on that one.

Had a conversation about this on another forum.
This is "smart delivery". For most games smart delivery means putting every version of the game in one big installation...

Wait ... that does not make any sense.

Did some testing with a different game.
First download to series S, noted size and then put it on a removable SSD. Took that game to a series x and put it in. It Downloads more stuff making the game install bigger on X.
Then did it the other way - downloaded the game to series x, size was same as above, copied it to the removable SSD and put it on series s - game stayed same size.
“Smart delivery” seems to just be bundling the biggest useable file with all sub versions data. It’s not dynamically checking the platform and installing the right thing.

Using a HDD the size is big because they duplicate a lot of stuff to improve the loading times ...
So while there’s no stadium creator there may be a whole load of duplicated images to try and keep the UI snappy.

Ok thank you for the explanation.

45.5 GB on Xbox One (X) version.

I understand where additional 27 gb on next gen went guys. I was doing moments on both versions (xbox one x and Xbox series x) and I have noticed that textures on uniforms, buildings, etc have more details on next gen. It’s not a huge difference but it’s the difference is there if you look closely.
