Ball Player Programs Problem

I've been play RTTS and when I leave the game after I've played it, I don't get progress or rewards from the programs and I'm doing the tasks the programme asks, some times it works but at times I get nothing and I got a 11 strike out game and none of them went towards the program

The reason I ask is because you have to be in the majors I think. Not sure for anything else

There are tasks for all tiers of architypes. It broke on the recent update i have a ticket submitted waiting for response.
