I'm sorry but the new XP based inning programs are 100x worse than the stars + XP reward path

I'm not sure what is hard to understand about gain XP and advance in the program.

Now it it remains to be seen whether it will be harder or easier to reach the bosses. Based on my own playing time so far I am thinking that it will take me 40-60 hours a month to get there.

I think a lot of people are searching through menus and missions hunting for massive XP boosts when in reality the biggest XP is always from just playing the game. The missions and moments are all small boosts. Even last year collecting a whole team was about 1.5 or 2 games worth of XP. Everybody will get there if they play the game and not the menus.
