Alright look man I took you advice and nothing is working so why you keep commenting? Obviously the advice you've given me has not work. So yes I'm gonna continue to post about it and ask questions to find a solution to my issue. I have done everything you have said. I already got in contact with sony and they replied but still there is no solution.

False! I had you run through that to see if you were trolling. Because that is the exact steps Sony Support wouldv'e done b4 refunding. Because i went through it.

And next time someone tries to help you. Polite thing is respond to let them know if it worked or not so that person would know how to proceed to next step to help you more. But you are selfish and obviously didn't want help to begin with.

I ordered the game from the website and noticed in my PS4 library it is not showing up but when I got to my library on my phone app the game is there but like you mention it was PS5. I tried restoring licenses and activating the console as my primary per my discussion with Sony Support. If you brought digital deluxe no need to rebuy the game. Once it is available to download you will get an option to do so per my discussion with them. They confirmed that version will work on PS4 and PS5. I hope my experience helps you.

This guy posted and said Sony told him what i told you a month ago. Which is proof you didn't try any of it initially or problem wouldv'e been solved. So you burnt last bridge with me I will never help you again. You are unappreciative and rude to people who went out of thier way to help. No thanks and no response just pure selfishness. Wow I must of really hurt your feelings. You are taking this pretty hard. I'm just a guy on the internet who's having issues with a game he's bought from a company. But it seems like your world is crashing down just because someone on the internet isn't nice to you. I can tell you are thin skinned.

Whatever Cave Troll! You responded to somebody who has 3 posts and literally told you same thing i did a month ago. So it is obvious you posted with a 2nd account so you wouldn't have to admit you got caught trolling and you ran into someone smart enough to catch on and call you out. Out of curiosity @Swissy14_PSN what did Sony tell you when you in touch with them? I pre-ordered mine and it shows up. Do you still have the beta installed on your system?

They told me to keep an eye on to see if it shows up in my library. Also yes I still have the beta installed on my system. The past 3-4 I played the beta/alpha and I dont delete it until i get the new game.

Yeah you can try to delete it and restore licenses. I had that problem one year, forget what year it was. 18 maybe. Was there a beta for that one? I deleted the beta and restored and it showed up

Alright all. I delete the tech test and reinstalled it. I also went to my settings on my playstation and went to restore licenses........And still nothing is showing up in my library about 21. So there is nothing left to do but wait and see if it will download automatically in the 16th.
