Mercedes for sure! an Ohtani for being the first to throw a pitch 100mph and hit a homer with exit velocity over 100 (they seemed to be hyping that up last night), Merryweather on the Jays closed a few games that had the Yanks swinging out of their shoes. Kimbrel has been filthy opening weekend. Those few off the top of my head.

Isn't that like the greatest feeling though? Knowing and actually feeling like your gonna get your moneys worth? Unlike other sports game u buy the game then spend more just to play it.

100% agree. SDS realizes that there are idiots in the community that spend money for free content. They still make money, and the rest of us get a great experience for the base price.

Absolutely. I know I am gonna head onto Diamond Dynasty next Friday and have a tough choice as to what I want to start grinding for. Any other sports game you basically just head to the store to buy packs so you can actually play.

I'm not sold on Topps Now being all these high diamonds again, at least not early on. I feel like the Covid season forced SDS to reroute concerning content. I wouldn't be surprised if early on Topps Now cards start back out as golds and low diamonds.

I hope they progress it so tge August/September cards are the 96-98 while April is 86-87 May 88-89 June 90-92 July 93-96
Work up the ladder as we go along opposed to prior years where POTM had 86 overall diamonds that were not usable even in team builds for the most part

I'm ok with that! It would help those that play BR and lineups for events where overall parameters are lower. Last years Topps now cards fall into flashback category as well.

When Topps Now first came in 19 I want to say they were mostly golds and only a few low diamonds. I want to say they feed into the POTM which were all rated higher.
I would prefer this method, as it was strange to have single moment Topps Now cards rated higher than POTM cards that represented a whole month.

Akil Baddoo got one recently. He's a lock if they have some ready for us on release. Actually he has two and just hit a walkoff single so he may end up with 3 in 3 days.
