What’s l and f mean? Legends and flashbacks? Only in my first year of dd. 21 will be 2nd. But is live series usually a new big legend?

I think Derek Jeter is a possibility too, given his HOF election (maybe AL collection reward). I wouldn't be surprised if it was AL Jeter, NL Clemente, Live Series Aaron, Legend and Flashback someone else. Babe Ruth could be given out that way this year. They also could do something new and give out a pitcher this way (Randy and Pedro are such huge fan favorites I don't think people would mind). Koufax and DiMaggio would be huge too. And I would love a Roger Maris card (but don't think it would likely be big enough to take one of these reward spots).

Jeter would be a horrible AL collection reward, as he was really good for a really long time, but didn’t have many truly outstanding seasons. Never had 25 homers or an OPS of 1.000 in a season, and most problematic for a shortstop, he was below average defensively for his career. He would be like Ripken with a little less power, more speed and a huge drop in defense... and nobody uses Ripken.
I would love to see a Koufax card, but my guess is that they have tried but Sandy isn’t interested.

But we'd get that 'Jeterian' swing, lol. As a Mets fan, I hated hearing that term with a passion from Yankee announcers!

A Jeter card would be like a Michael Young card. Good contact and about 80 power. He has the name, but I wouldn’t want him as a collection reward.

I don't see them doing 2 big new legends in the game with new big fan favorite legends for the whole collection. Clemente was a 5 tool player so he would make sense for the LS. The other Honus/Trout collection I don't see being Aaron. Could be Foxx, Babe or Mays,
