Great looking game by the way... although the watermarks are kinda driving me crazy. They cover up ratings, part of the strike zone, are too close to the pitcher etc..

Possibly. Last time they ran an alpha (2019) they were. Probably because they...
A) want to get as many cards in circulation as possible.
B) get the market hopping.Either way, NOTHING gets carried over when the game starts for real in April so don't get attached.

Thanks for the reply. Figured as much. Are we allowed to sell and buy at this point? I played a game on veteran (first game ever) and won using my original lame lineup they provided vs the cpu and got nothing... no packs, stubs, nothing. Not sure if that's normal.

Same for me. It errored out with an exception when I finished. I think it should have given a reward. The xp seems to be tallying.
Can def buy/sell in the market. Sold a 99 Mantle for 23k for the lolz
