It’s still says error occur I updated and deleted and downloaded it back and still it says login error and it says something about my network but it’s working perfectly so...

Does it say you can't connect to the server? If so, that's because they are not available until 10 am PST. If you can't download the game, 90% of us are having that issue. Hang tight, it's only 8am in California and I'm sure SDS employees don't come in until 9am PST. There is a thread at the top of General Discussion for issues downloading.

You can't play until servers are turned on at 10am PST, 2 hours from now. I don't understand why you're pissed.

It will be available to everyone at the same time. For you, in EST, that equates to 1:00pm.
