Not sure if i understand this, but once u complete the moments are you not suppose to get the card, picked cargo, did moments, no card. Any thoughts or did i miss something. Thanks

You have to go to Stage Two. In there there is an option to complete an online mission, offline mission, or complete an exchange. You only do one.
I did the 5 xbh offline with Rockies players.

You were able to do the CarGo missions offline? I took Eckersley and he has 15k's for relievers mission. It doesn't say online next to it, but I did a conquest game and got 6k's with relievers and none counted. Figured they must have to be done online. I ended up just getting some cheap bronzes and exchanged those to finish him off.

Go to the Menu for programs and there is an option for Player Programs. Go into that, choose your player and it will show you the missions. R1 I believe to advance to stage 2 and see the non-moment missions. As said before, if you have done every mission then you only need to finish one of them.

It is a bug. The current speculation is that the program counts relief strike outs before the second stage mission is unlocked. Then when it does become unlocked it won't count any more because it thinks you have done it already.
The Eckersly one is the most common one you see with the issue though because almost all of us played some mode before we unlocked the evolution pack and had already racked up the relief pitcher strikeouts. But, I have seen others say that they have run into the issue with other players.
Bug it if you have not already. I am surprised that it was not something they patched last night. It has been known for several days now and the problem will only become more widespread with the full release at midnight.
