If I buy MLB The Show 21 on PS4 do I also get the PS5 version?

Probably a dumb question, but if I buy the game on Ps4 will it appear later when Ps5 finally restock or will we have to buy the game all over again?

Only if you purchase the Jackie Robinson edition. It is Ps4+Ps5. If you buy standard you have to purchase it again.

But also remember you can still play the PS4 version on the PS5 when you get it. Just wont be the newest bells and whistles.

SMH. Even EA gave you a free upgrade. I could understand if they were two completely different games. But I'm sure they'll be the exact same, minus better lighting/graphics and load times. I hate SDS more and more with each release of their game. Anything to nickle and dime
