RTTS PS5 issue

Okay so I’m trying to play RTTS for the first time since I got ps5 and it shows that I have no players. I tried loading from the cloud but nothing was there. So are my players just gone because it’s a new console or to I gotta do something else?

on your ps4 did you save to the cloud. I don't know if those are different options but it could be worth checking

I’m pretty sure it automatically is on the cloud because I haven’t had to year to year before.

You need to manually upload your game save data from the PS4 console.
You then need to manually download game save data from your PS5.
The other option that you missed already, was to manually connect your two devices during setup. This would have moved over your data.
You won't get a dev response here. I was able to successfully migrate my RTTS from my PS4 to PS5 using the method I mentioned above manually.
Good luck. It's definitely doable. There just isn't an "easy button" to hit.

A really fast way to have your data is to just download it from the cloud and use an external ssd with the game on it.

I also am unable to play with my ps4 RTTS player I have uploaded PS4 data several times and yet when I turn on my ps5 mlb the show 21 game and select download from the cloud I always get the “no cloud files found!” Message
